There is hereby established a separate special revenue fund for multimodal transportation
impact fees pursuant to F.S. § 163.31801.
(b)
Funds may be withdrawn from this special revenue fund for use solely in accordance
with the provisions of section 2-487 below; provided that the disbursal of such funds shall require the approval of the
city commission, after recommendation of the city manager or his designee.
