§ 1-8. Court cost to be used for criminal justice education and training.

The city does hereby assess an additional court cost of $2.00 as authorized by F.S. § 938.15, to be used for city police officers and support personnel for criminal justice education degree programs and training courses as provided in F.S. § 938.15.
